Job Summary:
          We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:
▪︎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

▪︎ Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

▪︎ Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, networking events, and other creative methods.

▪︎ Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

▪︎ Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

▪︎ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

▪︎ Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer.

▪︎ Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

▪︎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruiting technologies.

▪︎ Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
