We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Corporate Banking Domain, particularly in Corporate, SME finance, and Trade Finance. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the BFSI industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the testing activities for corporate banking projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to validate system functionality and performance within the Corporate Banking Domain.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective testing and timely delivery of projects.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and practices to drive efficient and effective software testing processes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements within the Corporate Banking Domain.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in Corporate Banking Domain, with a focus on Corporate, SME finance, and Trade Finance.
  • Strong experience in software testing, preferably with Agile or software testing certifications.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing testing activities for large-scale projects within the BFSI industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve testing issues and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Additional Requirements:

  • Only male candidates will be considered for this position.
  • Candidates must have PF (Provident Fund) for all previous employments, with proof of EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) history.
  • Submission of the Last Working Day (LWD) mail from the candidate is mandatory.
