We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Azure Networking Specialist to join our implementation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex networking solutions within the Azure cloud environment. Your expertise in networking technologies, Azure networking services, and security best practices will be pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities :
  • Design and implement Azure networking solutions, landing zone including virtual networks, subnets, security groups, routing, load balancers, and VPN connections.
  • Design and implement express route and IPVPN connectivity between on-premise datacenter and Azure Cloud
  • Design and implement Network Virtual appliances for security solutions like Palo alto, checkpoint, Cisco and Fortinet
  • Develop automation scripts using Ansible and Terraforms with the automation team
  • Terraform scripts to set up vnet, Azure firewall rule, resource group, NSG etc.
  • Fine tune the ACI in existing setup (removing/Adding EPGs, L3out, contracts, removing faults in ACI, troubleshooting routing in ACI etc.)
  • Design and implement landing zone in a hub and spoke architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver networking solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Configure and manage network security policies, firewall rules, and network access controls to safeguard sensitive data and applications.
  • Optimize network performance and availability by monitoring and tuning network components, addressing latency issues, and ensuring high availability of services.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate networking best practices into CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless application deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related incidents and outages, employing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Provide guidance on network architecture, Azure networking services, and network security best practices to junior team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Azure networking services, and apply them to enhance our cloud infrastructure.
  • Development and maintenance of network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.'
