Mandatory Key skills :
  • Provide counseling to students regarding opportunities for studying abroad, including country selection, course selection, university selection, and career planning.
  • Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and prepare them for their overseas studies.
  • Ensure timely completion of admission and visa procedures, as well as accommodation and travel arrangements.
  • Offer accurate and detailed information about study abroad programs, courses, colleges, universities, and countries, including but not limited to the USA, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Singapore, Malta, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Rest of Europe, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, and Mauritius.
  • Provide precise responses to inquiries from parents and/or students, assisting with form filling and addressing any concerns or doubts.
  • Provide comprehensive explanations of diploma, bachelor's, and master's programs available for studying abroad across various fields.
  • Ensure a positive experience for parents and students, aiming to generate positive word-of-mouth referrals and increase client base.
  • Stay updated on study abroad programs offered by colleges and universities, utilizing this knowledge to assist students.
  • Guide students through the entire process, from registration to travel arrangements to the host country.
  • Maintain an organized database of counseled students and submitted applications.
  • Assess client suitability for desired courses and universities, providing appropriate guidance based on their preferences.
  • Assist in promoting universities represented by the company through various activities.
  • Analyze the mindset of students interested in studying abroad, motivating and encouraging them to pursue their chosen courses.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, communicating confidently with students and parents.
  • Promote BSB International study abroad programs in a professional manner.
  • Ensure timely reporting to the manager.
Required Skills : 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as proficiency in the local language.
  • Strong customer service skills with a willingness to assist students and parents.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to independently research and understand international study options.
  • Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales and a target-oriented approach.
  • Dynamic, ambitious, and honest.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
