Job Overview:

As a Senior SAP CPI Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) across multiple SAP projects. You will play a pivotal role in integrating SAP SuccessFactors, specifically using ODATA API, Compound Employee API, and SF API, along with additional expertise in SAP ECP Payroll integration, HR ABAP programming, groovy scripting, and SOA manager setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive integration design and implementation as the subject matter expert in SAP CPI for at least two full-cycle SAP projects or roll-outs.
Design, configure, and administer SAP CPI solutions, API management, and Business Technology Platform (BTP) configurations.
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors utilizing ODATA API, Compound Employee API, and SF API, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
Provide expertise in SAP ECP Payroll integration, HR ABAP programming, groovy scripting, and SOA manager setup.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of integration processes to ensure system efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI as a lead person responsible for integration design and implementation.
Proven track record of leading SAP CPI implementations in at least two full-cycle SAP projects or roll-outs.
Strong expertise in SAP CPI Design, API management, BTP Configuration, and Administration.
Extensive experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors using ODATA API, Compound Employee API, and SF API.
Preferred experience in SAP ECP Payroll integration, HR ABAP programming, groovy scripting, and SOA manager setup.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
