Sr Millwright Fitter

• Assemble drives of vendor supplied mechanical rotating / reciprocating equipment like compressors, gas turbines, pumps, fin-fan coolers, heat exchangers, workshop equipment, deck cranes, including levelling and alignment, torqueing of bolts, preservation activities of equipment involving cleaning, lubrication, greasing etc. and basic commissioning checks. • Will work with a team of mechanics and millwright fitters
• Must be well conversant with use of all millwright tools to carry out assembly, installation, alignment, commissioning checks under guidance of millwright foreman / supervisor.
• Participate in servicing and repair of pumps, portable generators, air compressors and various other construction equipment.
• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
• 12-year vocational education with minimum 10 year experience Or Diploma in Mechanical with 8 year experience.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge and experience of fixed and mobile equipment.
• Ability to read and understand vendors'/shops drawings related to mechanical equipment & packages
Working relationships
• Should be of a flexible nature to maintain a good level of relation with commissioning team members, with PMT members and with Client commissioning team members.

Operating Environment
• Work with the Commissioning team on-site / offshore to ensure proper operation of equipment
