  • Call the set of defined leads assigned to you on a daily basis for multiple cities.
  • Schedule appointments for interested customers with city sales teams.
  • Build a pipeline of customers from assigned leads month on month for scheduling appointments at the requested times.
  • Build relationships and follow up with interested/appointment-fixed customers till the Meeting is successful.
  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipelines and build strong relationships with prospects
  • Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
  • Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interior designers and a Sales team.
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

Job RequirementWhat are we looking for
  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 1-4 years of experience in Call Centre Outbound/ Inside Sales
  • Strong command of English, Hindi with clear Pronunciation and Grammar
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of home interiors domain a bonus
  • Adaptability & Learning
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
