Customer relationship Executive

- Call the set of defined leads assigned to you on a daily basis for multiple cities.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers with city sales teams.
- Build a pipeline of customers from assigned leads month on month for scheduling appointments at the requested times.
- Build relationships and follow up with interested/appointment-fixed customers till the Meeting is successful.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipelines and build strong relationships with prospects
- Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interior designers and a Sales team.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- We are heavily biased towards candidates who come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
- Lastly, we are looking for effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors, alike.
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 1-4 years of experience in Call Centre Outbound/ Inside Sales
- Strong command of English, Hindi with clear Pronunciation and Grammar
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Understanding of home interiors domain a bonus
- Adaptability & Learning
- Able to work under pressure
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Candidate should be working from Office in Bangalore
- Internal and External employees can apply for this role.
