About The Opportunity
Senior SAP resource to design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
About The Responsibilities
SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
•Strong SAP experience with multiple end to end implementations and upgrade projects.
•Resource must have strong technical expertise, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application
issues and providing timely solutions.
•Good leadership skills, ability to manage multiple teams across different time zones.
•Experiencing in solutioning complex requirements as per industry standards.
•Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system
testing and implementation phases of project.
•Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code,
test and debug programs.
•Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and
acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.
•Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
•Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of
solutions.
•Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical
architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meets all SLA's.
•Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well
as providing on call support as required by the team.
•Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.
•Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
•Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.

•Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same
time.
About The Requirements
EXPERIENCE
•Resource should be able to lead the team and must have strong interpersonal skills to manage a team and ensure timely deliverables. Adhere to industry best practices and implement internal solutions.
•Experience in coordinating with On-site leads and deliver solutions by leading a team
