We are seeking a highly skilled and independent professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tasks autonomously, minimizing dependencies on Client Business Teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Configuration Data Preparation: Coordination in preparing configuration data for ERP and EPM systems, serving as the single point of contact on behalf of the business.
• Finance Team Support: Assisting the finance team in collaboration with Systems Integrators (SI), gathering input from finance stakeholders.
• Data Transformation Logic: Collaborating with IT and Business teams to formulate As-Is and To-Be data transformation logic for seamless data migration.
• Pre-Upload Data Validation: Working closely with IT and Business teams to validate pre-upload data, ensuring compliance with established transformation logic.
• Post Load Reconciliation: Taking ownership of post-load reconciliation processes to guarantee data integrity.
• MIS and Reporting: Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, AD Ports, and any ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
• On-Site Availability: Ensuring the availability of the identified team on-site as per project needs and following the client calendar.
• Shadow Resource: Acting as a shadow resource where needed, providing support to Finance Business Users.
• Training and Guidance: Delivering training and guidance to client teams on financial processes, Chart of Accounts (CoA) management, and consolidation best practices.
• Reconciliation Expertise: Proficiently handling reconciliations, including those involving third-party entities.
• System Audit Support: Assisting in identifying potential system audit issues and collaborating with auditors to address them effectively.
