Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Implementation and Maintenance:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HRMIS systems.
Ensure the continuous improvement of HR systems to meet organizational needs.
Data Management:
Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data.
Develop and implement data governance and quality assurance processes.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate daily, weekly, regular and ad-hoc reports for all HR needs.
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure HRMIS compliance with data protection regulations.
Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information.
Integration with Other Systems:
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems with other organizational systems.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with HRMIS vendors.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

HRBP Roles and Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Co-coordinating with HODs, and management, review of the KRA & self-appraisals, intimation mails, appraisal analytics, budget and summary. Insurance of Increment/Promotions.
HR Budgeting:
HR Budgeting and forecasting- preparing yearly forecasts of expenses related to hiring, salaries, benefits, talent management, training, succession planning, and employee wellness planning. Planning of Project budget, Manpower ∧ other requirements for the execution of the project
Employee Engagement –Planning and active participation in creating employee engagement calendar. Coordinating with creative, admin and other department for arrangements of employee engagement as, Sports, marathons, Team outings etc.
Reward recognition program- Co-coordinating with HODs of sales, Pre-sales, CRM and other for rewarding employees for exceptional performance soon after their accomplishment.
Payroll &HR Statutory Compliances:
Knowledge attendance time management, payroll process, pf, ESI.
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong HR acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to overall HR process.
Hands on ERP, HRMS modules.
Strong in report generation on daily, weekly & monthly.
In-depth data analytics and advance excel, dash board creation.
Excellent team player, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
