Required Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of the any APM/Observability solution through past APM/Observability experience, product training, and hands-on experience, and act as both a technical advisor and enablement specialist supporting some of the critical business applications in the customer environment.
Responsibilities includes:
Must have worked in Dynatrace or any other observability tools to deploy/analyse/ integrate at organizational level.
• Excellent knowledge on Application server technologies, its operation and troubleshooting.
• Have exposure to any one of the programming languages such as C++, Java, Asp.Net, J2EE
• Build deep technical expertise on the APM/Observability product and the application stacks and use those skills to address business and technical issues as needed
• Help business teams setup policies, alerts, dashboards and custom configuration to get full visibility into their entire environment
• Train users on best practices and APM/Observability features to proactively monitor performance in their environment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as needed
• Function as a front-line technical resource for 'best practice' and informal questions
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions for optimization.
• Manage competing requests across simultaneous engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and distributions
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Should have good interpersonal skills with excellent communication.
• Urge to learn and self-starters
• Flexible to travel and relocate if required.
