Primary Skills and Qualifications :-

• Candidate should have min of 5 to 6 years of experience on implementation projects. Should have worked on at least One (1) S/4 HANA Implementation project.
• Must have experience of work on a Japanese project, should be very familiar with the Japanese Culture and should be able to work with Japanese Colleagues and clients as one team.
• Expert in core ABAP
• ABAP programming language for Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements and Forms, or any comparable programming language.
• BADIs, User Exits, Data Dictionary, RFCs, BAPIs, ALE, IDOCs, BDCs, Screen Painter, Menu Painter, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Queries, BSP, etc.
• Application of OSS notes, Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing and Principles of program documentation, report, screen, and form design
• Design, develop, and code medium complex programs for SAP modules.
• Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations.
• Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions.
• Work effectively and independently on assigned projects.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members, and users.
• Train system users effectively
• Meet established priorities and schedules.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and quickly integrate with them for automation of service delivery
• DevOps & Agile methodology experience, working with small agile teams with strong ownership and drive
• Fluent in Japanese language (speaking , reading & writing)being able to communicate well with Japanese customer (N1 , N2 or N3 certified )
