Job Description:

As a

Senior Software Team Lead , you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of robust, scalable, and high-quality web applications

using Laravel . You will lead a team of 6-10 developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to mentor will be critical to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Laravel.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for complex business requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while setting coding standards for the team.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Team Management:

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 6-10 developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support team growth.
Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to upskill team members.

Project Management:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Plan and oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to senior management.
Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline development processes.

Innovation & Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Drive innovation by exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in PHP Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 6-10 developers.
Solid understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue.js) is a plus.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Proficiency in database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
