Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced

Presales/Proposal Writer

with a strong background in

IT Staffing Industry proposals

for the

USA and Canada

(mandatory). Global proposal writing experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end

proposal writing and management

, including responding to

RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs

, preparing client-facing decks, and collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, client presentations, and proposal documentation.
Work closely with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to develop strategic and customized proposal responses.
Research and analyse client requirements, ensuring proposals are aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain proposal content libraries, case studies, and reusable templates.
Create client-specific pitch decks and presentations to support sales efforts.
Ensure compliance with client RFP guidelines and submission requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruiters and account managers, to gather inputs for proposals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor proposals, and best practices in proposal writing.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
5-7+ years of experience in presales and proposal writing within the IT Staffing industry (USA and Canada experience is mandatory).
Strong understanding of IT staffing, contingent workforce solutions, and global talent acquisition trends.
Proven track record in responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other procurement documents.
Hands-on experience with proposal presentation deck creation and customization.
Exposure to IT consulting, Statement of Work (SOW), and Time & Material (T&M) models is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with proposal management tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with large MSPs, VMS platforms, and enterprise clients.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills to create compelling, client-focused proposals.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
