About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Create and maintain project-related documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Develop and execute test cases to validate application functionality.
Identify, log, and track defects and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the application meets business requirements.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers.
Participate in project planning and status meetings.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the development lifecycle.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:
0 - 2+ years of experience in software development projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a development environment.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Experience in application testing and defect tracking.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
