Role Description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Modeller to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time ON SITE & HUBRID role AT NOIDA UP with some work-from-home flexibility. The MEP Modeller will be responsible for developing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models, coordinating with various engineering disciplines, and ensuring designs meet all required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage Revit-based BIM models for MEP systems.

Develop and maintain high-quality MEP drawings and layouts.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs.

Maintain model accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilize API tools and Dynamo scripting for model automation and optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and modelling.

Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design.

Experience in API tools and Dynamo scripting is preferred.

Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant professional certifications or licenses are a plus.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
