Website: www.areteanstech.com Job Title: Pega Architect - Lead System Architect (LSA) Job Type: Full Time Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Gurgaon, Pune Availability to join: Immediate Joiner Job Description: Leading and mentoring the development team as required. Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Driving design, development, testing and deployment of maintainable solutions within PRPC Rules environment. Creating the technical design, developing the enterprise class structure and reviews infrastructure requirements such as data architecture definitions and data management plans. Works in conjunction with Solution architect to deliver the Pega application/project. Can understand customer's enterprise technology landscape and the role of Pega in the enterprise. Responsible for the estimation, design - Enterprise Class Structure and the overall application design. Resolves complex design and configuration problems to meet specified objectives. Prepares High Level Designs, low-code platform solutions and collate non-functional requirements. Review/approve design and logic configurations Provides Technical inputs to assist the Project Manager with sizing and planning small to medium projects. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Essential Technical Qualification: Certified Lead System Architect with 7+ years Pega experience and at least 2-3 Pega projects implementation Experience with CLM/KYC is mandatory Pega CLSA with broad based technology footprint (should have worked in various technology stacks: Cloud, DevOps, IBM, Oracle, UNIX, AIX, Windows, Java/J2EE, Databases, and Mainframe etc.) Experience in Connectors and Services Experience in solutions development on Pega using Pega forms, workflows, data models, layer cake, integration and Pega mobility Expertise on Data Interactions, Integrations Experience with building security first solutions, authorisation, identity, encryption, authentication, OWASP, SSOA and RBAC. Should have experience in Code review, code optimization and Pega performance analysis and Performance tuning of applications. Analyses, Identifies, and logs enhancements/bugs in application. Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including architecting and designing for performance and scalability and working with Object to Relational Mapping schemes for distributed data access. Proficient to independently design PEGA solutions from functional requirements and can prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation using Pega. Able to develop and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design patterns and implementation features.
