Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Tech with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and containerization while leading DevOps initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
As a DevOps Tech Lead, you will play a key role in architecting, implementing, and maintaining highly available cloud environments, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes clusters, and ensuring infrastructure security and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud & Infrastructure Management:
· Architect, deploy, and manage highly available AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC).
· Implement cost optimization and auto-scaling strategies for cloud resources.
· Manage and optimize cloud environments to ensure high performance and reliability.
CI/CD & Automation:
· Design, implement, and manage Jenkins pipelines, including shared libraries for efficient CI/CD processes.
· Automate workflows using Python, Bash, and Groovy to eliminate manual intervention.
· Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable software delivery.
Containerization & Orchestration:
· Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure seamless application scalability.
· Optimize Docker images and container orchestration for improved performance.
· Use Helm charts for efficient deployment and version management of applications.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
· Implement Terraform and CloudFormation to automate and standardize infrastructure provisioning.
· Maintain and optimize IaC modules for scalable and repeatable deployments.
Security & System Monitoring:
· Implement infrastructure security best practices, including IAM policies and access controls.
· Deploy and manage monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Grafana, and InfluxDB for proactive system monitoring.
· Reduce incident response time by leveraging automated alerts and dashboards.
Leadership & Collaboration:
· Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, driving efficiency and best practices adoption.
· Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline deployments and system enhancements.
· Provide technical guidance, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:
4-6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure Management.
Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Groovy for automation.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, InfluxDB).
Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), Terraform Associate. Experience with multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) environments. Familiarity with observability tools and best practices for monitoring and performance tuning.
