Role: Head – Financial Analyst
Base location:

Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, India

What to expect:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to monitor performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze large datasets related to pharmaceutical sales, market trends, and business performance.
Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with business initiatives and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for new projects, systems, or process enhancements.
Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management, driving project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful implementation.
Financial Modelling & Scenario Planning:
Create complex financial models to evaluate various business scenarios, including M&A activities, capital investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
Provide recommendations based on analysis of different financial scenarios to guide decision-making.
Business Partnering:
Serve as a key finance partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and advice on strategic and operational decisions.
Collaborate with various stakeholders like IT teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Contribute to the implementation and automation of financial reporting tools and systems to streamline reporting workflows.
Ad-hoc Analysis:
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by senior management or other stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.

Essential qualifications, experience, and skills:
4-5 years of experience
SAP exposure
Good Excel Skills
Power BI
Dashboard creation and good with Power point.
