RRD GO Creative is looking for an Associate Art Director

Job Description

Responsible for nurturing and growing the creative design team's capabilities, competencies and deliverables at a strategic client level. Provide both technical as well as design assistance in high-end critical projects. Collaborate with the operations team in setting up the right frameworks for an effective & high quality project delivery.
Work closely with senior resources in developing POCs, alternate solutions/workflows to strengthen and extend the client relationship
Collaborate with Project Managers, Operation Leads in building new opportunities, assist in review & scope, setting up of teams
Interact with the client contacts, comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage resources for effective execution of projects
Manage and maintain the overall design quality of the teams, work closely with key individuals on critical projects across marketing collateral designs, presentations, illustrations
Facilitate collaboration between multiple teams with different skill sets in an effort to achieve a superior output for the client
Act as a mentor for the team and assist in problem solving, skill improvement, extended design & learning

Required Skills :

15+yrs of experience in a publishing house
Technical proficiency in multiple design tools
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Effective planning and decision making skill
Ability to work on Mac based / Windows based workstations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
