We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Regional Project Lead to oversee all AMS projects in the MEA and APAC regions. This role represents the PMO as the single point of contact (SPOC) in these regions and is crucial in ensuring that our project management standards are upheld, driving successful delivery of AMS projects.
Key Responsibilities
Regional project management - Manage and oversee all regional projects within the MEA and APAC areas, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and PMO standards.
Project delivery - Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
Strategic alignment - Work closely with stakeholders to align project goals with business strategies, ensuring projects deliver maximum value.
SPOC for MEA / APAC - Act as the primary point of contact for the PMO in the MEA and APAC regions, fostering strong relationships with regional stakeholders and ensuring effective communication.
Standards and compliance -Ensure all projects adhere to PMO standards and best practices, driving consistency and excellence in project delivery.
Risk management - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Mentorship and leadership - Provide guidance and leadership to regional project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Performance monitoring - Track project performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
