Senior Executive: Group Sourcing & Supply Chain (India)

Linea Fashions (India) Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of MAS Holdings (Pvt) Limited – Singapore and is in the business of manufacturing lingerie for the brands Victoria's Secret and Thinx.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and Execution for Win India – Sourcing & Supply Chain Projects
Coordination

: Ensure clear communication channels with all stakeholders (including Suppliers, MAS entities, Group Sourcing & Supply Chain and Group Marketing).
Data Analysis

: Use advanced analytics tools to gather, validate, and analyze data. Present findings in a clear, concise manner.
Project Management

: Utilize project management tools to track progress, timelines, and milestones. Regularly update KPIs and actuals.
Risk Management

: Develop a risk management plan to identify potential risks early and escalate them to the GM and Manager Supply Chain in finding suitable options to mitigate risks.
2. Supplier Meetings, Discussions and Negotiations:
Preparation

: Create comprehensive Fact Packs with all necessary details for negotiations (objectives, numbers, opportunities, threats, BATNA, MOD, LAA).
Presentations

: Develop engaging presentations to communicate key points effectively during supplier meetings.
3. Supplier Development Workshops:
Preparation

: Organize preparation discussions with all relevant stakeholders. Ensure everyone is aligned on objectives and strategies.
Execution

: Coordinate the actual workshop, manage logistics, and follow up on action items until the desired outcomes are achieved.
4. Follow-up and tracking of BB Forum Action Items:

Maintain a tracking system for action items from the BB forum. Regularly update the forum on progress.
5. Reporting on Purchase Values and Projections:

Download, validate, and summarize reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Coordination with Group Sourcing and Supply Chain (GSSC) on Supply Chain Strategies & Commercial Aspects

: Ensure agreements are signed off and benefits are realized. Record and report these benefits accurately.
7. Support for Meetings and Negotiations

: Provide necessary data (BI reports, SAP reports, RM dashboards) to support the supply chain team in meetings and negotiations.
8. Governance and Supplier Development:

Ensure compliance with governance processes. Identify and mitigate risks with suppliers.
9. Finance and Payment Issues and Follow-up

: Work closely with Purchasing, finance& Legato to resolve payment issues and keep relevant parties informed.
10. Supply Chain Transformation Projects updates

: Keep the Wave system updated and ensure KPIs are tracked and reported.
11. Supplier Development and Onboarding Documentation

: Take detailed notes, share minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure successful supplier development and onboarding.
12. Budget Preparation & measure target against actual
Budget Preparation:

Work with the GSSC team and Win India core team in preparation of the budget
Utilize budget:

follow through on approvals from relevant stake holders before utilizing the budget and follow the governance mechanism in recording the actual vs. approved. Take necessary approvals in case if there are deviations and unbudgeted actions as and when needed.
Inform stakeholders

and

lead the claiming process

when the team uses approved funds

Note:

The candidate would need to be available for travel within India and overseas as and when needed.

Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree related to Textile, Apparel or Fashion, Supply chain or Logistics.
Experience in Design, Product development or Textile mill (Yarn, Fabric, Processing house)
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Apparel Manufacturing or buying office-based
And experience in Merchandising, Data analytics is an added advantage.
