Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and foster partnerships within the third-party payment services industry. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, market research, and strategic collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Identify, engage, and onboard new third-party payment partners (target: 5–6 partnerships per month).
• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and retain clients in the payment solutions sector.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
2. Relationship & Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, ensuring effective and timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities.
3. Payment Gateway Management
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage payment gateway partnerships aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and manage payment solutions effectively.
4. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and present performance reports on client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and partnerships.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to streamline onboarding and support processes.
• Partner with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience
• For experienced candidates: 1–5 years in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Payment Gateway/FinTech.
• For freshers: Interest in sales and business development with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, payment processing systems, and FinTech solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting monthly onboarding targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a laptop/computer for work purposes.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork as required.
