Job Title: Legal Associate Location: Noida Experience: 8-10 years Salary: As Per Market Standards *Female Candidates Preferred* Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Associate with 8-10 years of practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal drafting, negotiating, and liaising with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, notices, and legal opinions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Negotiation: Lead and support negotiation processes with external parties, providing strategic legal advice to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization. Liaising: Serve as the primary point of contact for legal matters with internal departments, external counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Oversee and manage litigation processes, including liaising with external law firms, representing the organization in legal disputes, and ensuring timely resolution. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful analysis on legal issues, trends, and regulatory changes to support decision-making within the organization. Contract Management: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and maintaining contracts and agreements, ensuring that all contracts reflect the organization's best interests. Key Requirements: Experience: 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law, Excellent litigation, or a combination thereof, ideally in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department. Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong liaison skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in legal research and analysis. Qualifications: LLB or equivalent legal qualification. Additional certifications or advanced legal qualifications (LLM, etc.) would be a plus.
