Role Overview
The
Digital Marketing Specialist
will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, SEO, content marketing, and social media management. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to maximize online visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and blogging.
Content Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media to drive organic traffic and engagement.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), create engaging content, and drive audience interaction.
SEO & Keyword Research:
Conduct in-depth keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize website content to improve search rankings.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights; generate reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Competitor & Industry Analysis:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration:
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Increase in website traffic, organic search rankings, and engagement metrics.
Growth in social media following, engagement rates, and brand mentions.
Improvement in lead generation and conversion rates from digital campaigns.
Enhanced brand visibility and thought leadership in the offshore staffing industry.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and social media management tools.
Experience with content creation and lead generation strategies.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
