International Voice Process for Banking Sector

HCL is hiring candidates who are passionate to work in an international voice process for a renowned banking sector.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join HCL as a Customer Support professional, working on Inbound Calling processes. The role requires no sales or upselling/cross-selling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to clients via both voice and written communication, ensuring timely resolution of their queries.
  • Address queries related to products, services, data, and client accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage multiple client queries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Utilize workflow tools to manage workload efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving team targets, including service levels and quality measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication using internal systems.
  • Leverage knowledge tools to ensure adherence to processes and effective questioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and exceed expectations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
  • Strong team player with individual accountability.
  • Minimum 12th standard education.
