Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, and optimization , with NetSuite implementation experience being a strong plus. This role involves working closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless NetSuite functionality and improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system , ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Perform customization, configuration, and administration of NetSuite modules. Work on NetSuite integrations with third-party applications. Support financial reporting, AP/AR, inventory management, and order processing within NetSuite. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to users. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business processes using NetSuite. Develop saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom scripts as needed. Assist in NetSuite implementation, upgrades, and new module rollouts (if applicable). Ensure compliance with security standards, data integrity, and best practices . Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite ERP . Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, workflows, and customization . Experience in NetSuite scripting (SuiteScript) , SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder is preferred. Knowledge of NetSuite integrations (APIs, connectors, middleware) is a plus. Prior experience in NetSuite implementation or migration is an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach . Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment . NetSuite certification is a plus.
