we are now at the forefront of youth fashion and streetwear trends . In addition to core men's and women's apparel, we are rapidly expanding into

footwear, kidswear, backpacks, collectibles and action figures .
Although we primarily built our brand online,

our offline presence is growing rapidly , with

40+ retail stores across India

and ambitious expansion plans nationwide.

Team & Position Summary
As an

Associate - Brand Designer

at The Souled Store, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication strategy of our brand. You will collaborate closely with the design team and cross-functional partners to ideate, conceptualize, and execute design solutions that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, design expertise, and strategic insight to create impactful brand experiences across various touchpoints.

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Development:
Contribute to the development and evolution of our brand identity.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to ideation, constantly exploring new concepts to enhance the brand.

Graphic & Packaging Design:
Create visually appealing designs for various marketing collateral, including packaging, collaterals and social media content.
Embrace a fluid and adaptable creative process, allowing for spontaneous ideation and quick design iterations.
Showcase a creative mindset when approaching packaging design challenges.

Required Skills
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator.
Uphold a high level of precision and attention to detail in all design work.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain quality standards even in dynamic, fast-paced ideation environments.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborative design processes.
Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Pop-culture knowledge is an added bonus.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience as a Brand Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to ideate on the go..
Strong understanding of branding principles and design trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
