Job Title : Cloud Solution Architect –Retail/BFSI
Years of Experience : >15-20yrs

Pune/ Kolkata/ Bangalore /Gurgaon / Hyderabad

Skill Requirement :

Design end-to-end transformation solutions that address client pain points and business goals for Retail/BFSI sector
In-depth knowledge of Retail/BFSI transformation, and cloud technologies. Understands the technology, and the application to business mapping.
Should have worked in making, winning bid from 25 - 50 million or should have working experience in working in a tech lead delivery role of 30-50mil multiyear transformation delivery.
Should have strong knowledge and certifications in one cloud platform (Azure / Google preferred).
Prior experience as a Solution Architect having solutioned cloud migrations and modernization would be a key requirement
Analyses bids/proposals at all stages ensuring that overall solution optimizes client's chance of success. Sets up overall strategy for the bid team and work closely with cross-functional teams (delivery, operations, finance, onshore colleagues) to validate feasibility, presentations and proposal presentations. Accountable for overall quality of response to client
Proficiency in solution design methodologies. Experience in creating HLD (and some level of LLDs) for a given Retail/BFSI architecture would be a must
Build and develop artifacts for Solutions specific to client requirements (artifacts could include solution presentations, architecture diagrams, resource plans, migration plans, etc.)
Direct and formalise bid process including budget, staffing and administration
Ideate new technological advances on Retail/BFSI sector and work out means to have them implemented into our Solutions to create differentiators
Self starter with self initiative and direction; Works well independently
Highly flexible. Proven success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Leverage value drivers fitting with client and opportunity situation, develop value messaging and positioning based on joint value creation and develop a proposition plan mapping value drivers/targeted units/ phasing/resources (including use of partners)
Evaluate risks and direct risk management Ensure overall consistency of the bid strategy and anticipate critical success factors
Strong Collaborator - should be a leader and a follower too. Need to be a TEAM person.
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communications skills for Senior management audiences
Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills
Good negotiation skills, planning and organizational skills
