Job Description Manage offshore Enterprise Applications support and projects for US clients, focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and other Custom Oracle applications. Lead the technical teams in project implementations and enhancement requests, while mentoring teams to develop essential technical and soft skills to effectively support clients. Responsibilities Oversee Enterprise Applications projects for a group of US clients from offshore, with a key focus on providing support for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. In addition to Oracle ERP, the clients utilize other Oracle applications such as Demantra, Oracle Transportation Management, OBIEE, as well as a variety of third-party and custom applications. Lead the technical teams in the implementation of projects and handling Enhancement Requests for existing applications and integrations. Guide and mentor the technical teams, encouraging the development of essential technical and soft skills to effectively support our US clients. Requirements 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion). Two to three Oracle EBS/Fusion application implementations experience. Two to three years of experience leading post-production support for Oracle EBS applications and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Exposure to US implementations is a plus. Excellent exposure and Understanding of Oracle Database Architecture, and experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Unix Shell scripts, and Weblogic web server administration is a plus. Strong understanding of: Project implementation methodologies with exposure to PMBOK. ITIL processes and support management practices. Oracle EBS architecture, including Multi-Org, Subledger Accounting, and AOL. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture, including Roles, Data Access, EFFs, and Sandboxes. Business process flows in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, and Inventory. Oracle technology stack such as Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC), Oracle ADF/APEX, BI Publisher, OTBI, Workflow, ADF/OA Framework, APIs/Interfaces, and Web Services (REST & SOAP). Education and Qualifications Preferably B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA from a reputed institution. MBA will be a Plus Soft skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, strong leadership and people management, and the ability to plan and execute tasks meticulously.
