Conversational AI Developer

to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven chatbots, voice assistants, and virtual agents. The ideal candidate should have experience with

NLP, machine learning, and chatbot frameworks

to create seamless, human-like interactions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and optimize AI chatbots and virtual assistants using

NLP and machine learning models .
Work with platforms like

Google Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, Rasa, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or OpenAI GPT .
Implement

intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management .
Integrate conversational AI with

messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Facebook Messenger, etc.)

and enterprise applications.
Use APIs and webhooks to connect AI bots with CRM, ERP, and backend systems.
Improve chatbot accuracy through

NLP tuning, machine learning models, and training datasets .
Collaborate with UX designers to create

natural, intuitive conversation flows .
