- Hands-on experience with In-touch clocks and adept at resolving issues related to clock devices.
- Excellent documentation skills, including requirement analysis, business requirement data, Functional Design Document (FDD), Technical Design Document (TDD), Process Design Documents (PDDs), and Activity Implementation Documents (AIDs).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with on-site coordinators.
