Job Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 days (5 Days Work from Office)
Industry Expertience:

FMCG (Must)

Essential Requirements
· 4 to 6 years of professional technical recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree preferably an MBA (HR)
· Solid understanding of FMCG Hiring and experience engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent
· Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively and independently
· Strong background in sourcing passive technical talent utilizing , job boards, and other networking tools Desirable Requirements
· Experience providing thought leadership to sourcing strategies and project management

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and managing strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates and sourcing diverse candidates directly in the marketplace to develop strong candidate pools within the respective market streams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Partner with hiring leaders to identify top talent across the country
· Actively source passive talent and build a strong technical talent pipeline
· Continue interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization · Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labour code
· Negotiate offers in partnership with leaders
· Support team or other team members on specific project-based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies
