Human Resource and Administration

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of the HR department and manage administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's human resources strategies align with overall business goals, as well as handling administrative tasks that support the company's day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and office administration.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in HRM, PGDM in HRM or related field
Experience: 1 Mon to 2 year
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives.
Manage recruitment and staffing needs, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee performance management, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing support for career development.
Implement and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
Resolve employee relations issues and handle disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Maintain and update HR records, including employee files, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
2. Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office services.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Support budgeting and financial management related to HR and administrative functions.
Ensure office safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Leadership & Team Development:
Mentor and manage HR and administrative staff to ensure optimal performance.
Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities to employees.
Manage HR technology systems (HRIS) and other administrative software.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and present HR-related reports for senior management.
Analyze HR data and trends to make recommendations for improvements.
Additional Skills:
Leadership abilities with a proactive and strategic approach
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and administrative operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (HRIS).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
