Head Admission, Telecaller and Placement Officer
for Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune.
The candidate should have.
Experience of working in universities and handling marketing, sales, outreach and digital marketing activities and Placement.
Excellent communication in English and regional language English, Hindi and Marathi.
Hands on experience in using contemporary technology, applications etc. for marketing and promotional activities
Educational Qualification:
Any Postgraduate / Graduate
Work Experience:
Head Admission: 15-20 years.
Tele caller: 2 - 4 years.
Placement & Alumni Officer:
Role & responsibilities for Head Admission:
Converting leads into admissions in an important role
Achieve targets for academic admissions
Planning and execution of direct marketing activities.
Responsible for all students' outreach activities.
Creating Exclusive Alliance Partners (EAP) in key locations.
Conducting direct marketing events, and activities to generate a physical database of prospects
To coordinate with the Digital team and call center team for database generation and conversions
Annual admission target and budget allocation planning.
Overall coordination & control of all marketing activities towards Business Development for corporates and Market Response.
Evolve and implement a marketing plan to tap new markets.
Liaison with business associates, coaching classes, school principals
Experience of the education field is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft, email, presentation, communication is must
Role & responsibilities for Telecaller :
Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Explain the university's academic programs, admission process, eligibility criteria, and other relevant information.
Generate and follow up on leads, guiding students through the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrolment.
Offer customized guidance and counselling to prospective students on program selection based on their interests and academic background.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure that students are informed about important deadlines, document submissions, and other related processes.
Meet or exceed targets related to calls made, leads generated, and enrolments
Role & responsibilities for Placement & Alumni Officer:
To have close liaison with Major Corporate and Industry for placement of students & Internships
To manage & arrange the Campus Recruitment for University
To manage placement tie-Ups & contracts with different corporate & Companies.
To organize soft skill, management skill, presentation skill & interview skill coaching & Training.
To arrange corporate professional guest lectures & Presentation for the professional grooming.
To assist institutional requirement internally or externally
To conduct mock interview sessions for rehearsal
To arrange for an industry-Institute interaction for organizing lectures from the industry professionals.
To arrange project assignment and exhibits after course completion.
To maintain the database of appropriate employer and industrial links.
To organize and attend placement visits to monitor the progress of students, and deal effectively with any issues/concerns that arise.
Assist with briefing meetings on a group and individual basis with students and course leaders so that they understand the placement process, the level of support available and are fully equipped to undertake a successful placement activity.
To assist in the distribution of relevant documentation to providers concerning placement work.
To assist with placement work correspondence and telephone enquiries internally and externally.
To help monitor the progress of placement work throughout the University in liaison with Placement Co-coordinator.
To communicate effectively with the Work Placement Co-coordinator and appropriate team members.
Any other duties as required by your Line Manager & management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni to ensure ongoing engagement with the institution.
Organize alumni networking events, reunions, and webinars to promote collaboration and professional development.
Maintain an updated alumni database, tracking career progress, milestones, and contributions to the institution.
Collaborate with faculty and other departments to integrate alumni feedback into institutional strategies and policies.
Promote alumni involvement in mentoring programs for current students.
