Position Title : Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM) - MDP
Department : Executive Education and Consultancy / MDP

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Alliances : Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with corporate organizations to promote Executive Education and Management Development Programs (MDPs), thereby expanding business opportunities and enhancing existing collaborations.
Networking Expertise : Utilize exceptional networking skills to connect with a wide range of domestic and international clients, fostering enduring professional relationships and expanding the business network.
Business Development : Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business prospects, devising innovative strategies to drive growth in the domain of Executive Education and Consultancy.
Program Coordination : Oversee the planning and execution of in-house and open enrolment programs, ensuring seamless coordination with applicants, faculty, administrative teams, and external stakeholders.
Database Management : Create, update, and maintain comprehensive databases of companies and key contacts to support promotional efforts and optimize operational efficiency in Executive Education activities.
Administrative Oversight : Coordinate and monitor the nomination, application, and payment processes for programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Reporting and Proposals : Report directly to the Vice President, preparing proposals, tenders, and reports, and responding to client communications promptly and professionally.
Vendor Relations : Manage vendor partnerships to ensure optimal service delivery, compliance with agreements, and contributions to program success.
Qualifications and Skills :
Demonstrated success in business development, preferably within the education or consultancy sectors.
Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
Strategic thinking and an innovative mindset to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in database management and data analysis to inform and support strategic decisions.
