Key Responsibilities: At Misri, we have started an inhouse wing for our architectural and interior design department. We are seeking experienced and innovative Architects to lead and oversee the architectural design and development of our projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.

Responsibilities 1. Working to a brief, which details what space will be used for, and finding out the client's personal ideas and requirements 2. Inspecting and surveying new site and buildings 3. Setting schedules for the Project 4. Carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible 5. Producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors and materials 7. Developing detailed designs, often using AutoCAD, Sketch up & Rendering software's 8. Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget with a BOQ. 9. Supervising the work as it is carried out, coordinating with vendors, clients and the respective teams. Qualifications B.Arch in Architecture and Masters in Regional/town planning/sustainability/architecture, or a related field preferable. Proven experience in architectural roles with a minimum of 1-5+ years in the architectural field. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray, and Lumion.

(Interior Designers with good 2D drawing and 3D visualization skills can apply as well)
