Job Title: Siebel CRM Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a leading global technology services company. We are looking for talented professionals to join our team as Siebel CRM Implementation Specialists.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Siebel CRM 7.x and 8.x for Order Management, Assurance, and Account Management.
  2. Provide support for Siebel 7.x and 8.x applications.
  3. Configure Siebel systems, including Workflows, EAI, EBC, Web Services, VBC, Assignment Rules, e-Script, Product configuration, and Open UI.
  4. Maintain Siebel EIM knowledge and ensure its effective application.
  5. Develop skills in PL/SQL, Shell Script, and Unix.
  6. Prior experience in the Middle East geography and Telecom Order management will be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • BE degree in any discipline.
  • 2-14 years of relevant IT experience post qualification.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle-Siebel and its implementation.
