Profile: Team Lead-Transformation

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead automation initiatives to enhance efficiency across key finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R), and Hire to Retire (H2R).
Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and propose targeted automation solutions for process optimization.
Design, develop, and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline and enhance process automation.
Experience with VBA Macros and Python for automating financial data processing and reporting is a plus.
Ensure seamless data integration finance databases, SharePoint, and Dataverse to support automation initiatives.
Proficiency in SQL-based reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards for real-time financial insights is preferred.
Knowledge of Windows API and web scraping techniques for financial data extraction, validation is advantageous.
Strengthen governance frameworks and compliance measures for finance transformation projects.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for automation projects, ensuring business alignment, stakeholder approval.
Provide training and drive adoption of automation tools to enhance finance teams' digital capabilities.
Experience in automating month-end and year-end closing cycles, including reporting, reconciliation, and validation, is beneficial is a plus.

Competency Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, VBA, and financial automation tools.
Strong knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, R2R, FP&A, compliance) and ERP systems.
Ability to manage change initiatives, finance transformation roadmaps, and automation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Lead and execute finance automation User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with finance managers.
Identify, document, and mitigate risks in finance automation and ERP integration projects.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely UAT completion and sign-offs.
Adapt working hours as needed to accommodate requirement-gathering sessions with operational teams.
