Key Account Manager

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Key Account Manager to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be identifying business opportunities, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Any prior experience in Sales or Technology is not mandatory.

We are about 550+ people strong and cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations, effectively showcasing the value of our products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, managing client relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
- Identify and establish connections with potential clients, gaining insight into their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools to track and analyze performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-7 yrs (multiple roles)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in identifying new business opportunities.
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
