About the Role
  • Experience: 4-10 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
  • Location: PAN India with potential for international projects

Technical Requirements:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
  • At least 3 end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Understanding of integration/replication between SuccessFactors and SAP HR (ECC)
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle Management process
  • Able to transform business requirements into system configuration and create solution design following best practices
  • Experience in preparing and executing test cases/test plans/test scripts
  • Knowledge in notification management
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
