Purpose of the Job We manufacture and supply formulation aids and adjuvants to Crop Protection as well as Crop Nutrition Industries. We are currently expanding our footprint in MEA and hiring a Technical Support Manager who will mainly focus on Crop Protection Market but will also support Nouryon growing in Agriculture and Food business. The person should have a strong Crop Protection formulation experience with technical background. About the job (Job Responsibilities) Directs the technical service efforts for MEA for Agro and supports sales with technical expertise in customer meetings. Part of the A&F EMEA Sales team and "First point of contact" for the MEA commercial team regarding technical support requests by the customers or any other stakeholders. Maintains and updates knowledge on product and applications. Aligns and cooperates with Sales & Marketing, RD&I, RA, HSE and Operations. Leads or participates in customer projects to support business growth. Supports Cross-fertilization between the different segments Generates guideline recipes and know-how on the application and the use of Nouryon products. Trains account managers and distributors on existing and new product lines. Works with customers on field trials and scale-up where appropriate. Writes final reports and presents technical work results to customer and/or internal audiences. Adopts existing directives, legislations and regulations in HSE. Develops strong relationship with key players at the customer and create multi-level connections with the customer organization. Ensures that all Nouryon corporate directives, guidelines, and principals (competition compliance etc.) are strictly adhered to throughout the organization. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) BSc or MSc degree in chemistry with 5-8 years of experience. Solid understanding of Nouryon´s products and technologies. Solid understanding of the agriculture business and market. People management skills and management experience. Good written communication skills and oral presentation skills. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Proven team player capabilities and service driven.
