What You'll Do:
LinkedIn Ads Campaign Strategy & Management:
Own and execute high-performing LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth.
Develop and manage Sponsored Content, InMail (Message Ads), Text Ads, and Dynamic Ads to drive conversions.
Utilize ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and Matched Audiences strategies to maximize targeting efficiency.
Craft compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for optimal user engagement.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Continuously monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and MQL-to-SQL conversions, making real-time optimizations.
Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to drive performance improvements.
Leverage data insights to refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.

Budget Management:
Oversee multi-million-dollar ad budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
Optimize ad spend based on data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
Align budgets with business growth objectives and revenue forecasts.

Creative Strategy & Optimization:
Collaborate with designers to develop high-impact carousel, video, and static ad creatives.
Ensure creatives align with B2B audience personas and LinkedIn platform best practices.
Continuously experiment with new ad formats and messaging strategies.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
Generate detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights for leadership teams.
Present performance updates and growth strategies to clients, sales teams, and executives.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize the LinkedIn Ads funnel.

LinkedIn Ads Best Practices & Compliance:
Ensure all ads comply with LinkedIn's advertising policies and platform guidelines.
Stay ahead of LinkedIn Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new feature releases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with content marketing, SEO, sales, and analytics teams to align strategies.
Ensure pixel tracking, CRM integrations, and data accuracy for campaign performance evaluation.

Continuous Learning & Experimentation:
Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, LinkedIn ad innovations, and emerging best practices.
Experiment with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and creative approaches to enhance performance.

Qualifications:
Skills & Expertise:
Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Deep understanding of CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and attribution models.
Ability to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with B2B audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills for reporting, strategy presentations, and client interactions.

Preferred Skills:
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions certifications or other relevant B2B advertising certifications.
Experience with multi-channel paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
