This position reports to IS Support Process Specialist Your role and responsibilities In this role, you can make the difference and drive real business value by optimizing, simplifying and automating our enterprise processes. Leveraging your strong business acumen and technical expertise, you will make a positive impact throughout our organization, and help us achieve our financial, operational and sustainability targets. The work model for the role is #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in India You will be mainly accountable for: - You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and capture their operational, strategic, and tactical needs, and translate them into actionable use cases that generate value - You will leverage Process Mining (Celonis) to generate recommendations based on facts, data, and identify opportunities for value generation. - You will create innovative solutions and realize business value by applying first-hand Process Mining. You will lead and provide guidance to cross functional teams in achieving the identified objectives. - You will promote Process Mining for IT Service Management and Corporate Processes. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, and evangelize Process Mining throughout the organization. - You will provide expert consulting to our customers for technical and business value-related inquiries - You will build cross-functional expertise on both the business and the technical side of Process Mining Qualifications for the role Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's Degree preferred. 5+ years of experience delivering business value through digital transformation programs and process optimization engagements. 2+ yrs of experience in providing Process Mining services (Celonis) of advantage. You are known for your excellent analytical skills, complemented by a solid understanding of core business processes. Hands-on experience in data and analytics (Celonis, PowerBI, Signavio,Tableau), including a solid foundation in high-level programming (vba, python, dax…). Experience using Celonis or Signavio and related programming languages (SQL, PQL, yaml) preferred. You are well-organized, and known for being a quick learner with a passion for thinking outside of the box. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex topics and technical information in an understandable manner across all levels of the organization.
