Role Description
This is a

full-time hybrid role in Bengaluru

with some flexibility for remote work as Social Media Manager and Content Creator. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and delivering on specific marketing objectives. The job requires collaboration with the Design and Sales team, maintaining schedules, implementation and optimization of digital campaigns across all channels and analyzing the campaign as well as competitor brands, also having up to date knowledge of social media trends..

Key Responsibilities:
Create, curate, and publish high-quality content

for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , Pinterest, etc.) that drives engagement and increases followers
Develop and maintain social media content calendars and scheduling tools
Collaborate with the in-house design team to build social-first creative content, including but not limited to photography, graphics, and videos
Conduct social media audits,

analyze social media data and performance metrics,

and use the insights gleaned to develop recommendations on content creation and strategy
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and innovations to ensure we are creating timely and effective content and marketing strategies
Develop and implement social marketing campaigns

for events and sales promotions

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in social media management,

content creation, or digital marketing
Demonstrable, proven success in growing social media channels and increasing follower engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using social media analytics tools to track metrics and inform content creation and strategy
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
A creative mindset that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
