About the Job

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Structural Engineer

with 10+ years of hands-on structural engineering experience, a robust understanding of theoretical principles, and the ability to interpret and effectively apply codes and standards. Maritime/offshore engineering experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities
Lead structural design projects, performing and overseeing detailed analyses using Dlubal RFEM, ANSYS, FEMAP, or STAAD Pro.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative, practical, and optimized structural solutions
Oversee and implement rigorous Quality Assurance practices for models, calculations, and documentation
Act as a key technical interface with clients, providing insightful and effective solutions

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of practical hands-on experience in structural engineering, including leadership or senior engineering roles
Deep theoretical knowledge of structural engineering phenomena and practical application
Strong ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply structural codes and standards, particularly Eurocodes and DNV guidelines
Expertise in performing and verifying hand calculations, sketches, and FEM analysis, with sound knowledge of fabrication and construction processes
Proficiency with structural analysis software (RFEM, ANSYS, FEMAP, STAAD Pro)
Experience with structural detailing, welding symbols, material grades, and profiles
Proven leadership skills; highly independent, proactive, and dedicated to excellence
