Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our Founders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the founder's calendar, daily schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks , ensuring smooth operations and maximizing productivity. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management : Efficiently manage and organize the founder's calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and events. Meeting Coordination : Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared. Communication Handling : Act as the point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, managing emails and phone calls. Travel & Logistics : Arrange flights, accommodations, and other logistics for domestic and international travel. Documentation & Reports : Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and other necessary documents. Task & Project Management : Keep track of follow-ups, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution. Confidentiality & Discretion : Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Key Requirements Experience : 2-5 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership. Skills : Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency : MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), and project management tools. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Personality Traits : Highly proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and able to work under pressure. Availability : Flexible to adapt to dynamic schedules and last-minute changes.
