Performance Marketing Expert

to help us

scale our user acquisition through high-ROI digital campaigns.

Role Overview
As a

Performance Marketing Expert , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing

Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and Retargeting Campaigns

to drive high-quality

B2B leads and customer conversions . You will work closely with

sales, content, and analytics teams

to maximize

marketing ROI and conversion rates .

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:
Develop, execute & optimize

performance marketing campaigns across

Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and

Ads .
Manage a daily ad budget of ₹3,000+ (₹90K+ per month)

and ensure

3X-10X return on investment (ROI).
Continuously

analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS)

and optimize campaigns for

better conversions .
Set up

Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube TrueView, and Retargeting Ads

for the

best cost-per-lead (CPL).

2. Lead Generation & Retargeting:
Run

hyper-targeted PPC campaigns

to generate

B2B leads

for

FMCG, Hardware, Industrial & Wholesale businesses.
Build

lookalike audiences & retargeting funnels

to bring back

non-converting users .
Launch

WhatsApp Ads & Custom Audience Retargeting

to increase

repeat traffic & conversions.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Optimize

landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs

for maximum

lead-to-sale conversion.
Work with

graphic designers & content teams

to create

high-performing ad creatives.
Implement

A/B testing

to improve

ad click-through rates (CTR)

and

reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and track campaign performance daily,

ensuring CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) remains optimized.
Generate

weekly & monthly performance reports

with insights & recommendations.
Use

Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools

to measure user behaviour.

5. Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience

in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads

for B2B or SaaS businesses.
Proven track record

of managing budgets over ₹1,00,000/month with high ROI.
Expertise in

Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ad Studio, and

Ads .
Strong knowledge of

SEO, ASO, Performance Max campaigns, and Retargeting Strategies.
Ability to

analyze data & optimize marketing funnels

for maximum conversions.
Experience with

A/B Testing, Heatmaps, and Landing Page Optimization.
Strong understanding of

Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Tracking Tools.

6. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in

B2B SaaS, FMCG, E-commerce, or Industrial marketing.
Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certified Professionals

are a plus.
Knowledge of

programmatic advertising & AI-driven marketing tools

is an advantage.
