Job Purpose:
The
Specialist - Service Excellence and Revenue Growth
role combines technical service expertise with revenue growth responsibilities. This hybrid position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service for Immunoshop's diagnostic instruments while driving sales and business expansion through effective account and lead management.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
– 2–6 years of combined experience in service and/or sales roles within the medical diagnostics.
– Demonstrated success in managing both Service Engineering and sales responsibilities is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality service and technical support for Immunoshop's diagnostic instruments, including CLIA, ImmunoAssay Automation, Hematology, Nephlometry, and HPLC instruments.
– Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance and minimal downtime.
– Deliver user training sessions to empower customers to operate instruments efficiently and independently.
– Execute and document Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), ensuring timely collections and service revenue targets are met.
– Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
Revenue Growth Responsibilities:
– Identify, engage, and convert leads into accounts by providing tailored solutions to customers in the assigned region.
– Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Immunoshop's product portfolio.
– Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to expand market presence and achieve mutual growth objectives.
– Ensure timely payments from customers, monitor credit risks, and address payment-related challenges effectively.
– Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by driving instrument placements and maintaining regular reagent orders from customers.
Skills and Competencies:
– Strong technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues independently after training.
– Proven sales acumen and ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with customers effectively.
– Proactive, results-oriented, and responsive to both customer needs and sales objectives.
– Familiarity with diagnostic instruments such as CLIA, Hematology, and HPLC automation.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks, balancing service quality and sales targets efficiently.
