Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Join Wipro's Process Transformation Advisory and Consulting team as a Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead programs and consulting projects for innovation and advisory services around business process transformations, SaaS Cloud implementations, Application, Technology re-imagination.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in SCM consulting to embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow them to utilize their experience, process knowledge, and product configuration skills. Your knowledge to design, advise, configure systems, and sell & manage programs will help define 'industry and product' leading transformation programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead SCM Consulting teams in designing, advising, configuring systems, and selling & managing programs to define 'industry and product' leading transformation programs.
  • Demonstrate deep supply chain knowledge with hands-on consulting background in transformation around supply chain transformation and ERP (SAP) implementations.
  • Have very strong process knowledge around SCM, Logistics, and Material Management processes.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to consult clients with complex business problems in Supply Chain Area.
  • Acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in SCM consulting field, including implementations, roll-outs, enhancements, migrations.
  • Early joiners preferred, with a maximum 45-day notice period.
  • Deep process knowledge and some hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP SCM implementation experience.
  • Ability to do process FIT GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects.
  • Participate in business development, including customer presentations and RFP responses related to conversion lead role.
Qualifications - Critical Skills
  • At least 18 years of deep hands-on consulting on ERPs like SAP S4hana/Oracle Cloud with Supply Chain – in areas like Procurement / Inventory Planning / MRP / Capacity Planning / ATP/ Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Subcontractor process, consignment, and vendor-managed Inventory functions.
  • Strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
